Premier Greens is a dispensary project that was taken place in Palm Springs. In just a couple of months, we reworked all ADA ramps, entrances, exits, bathroom accessories, showers, and built a product showroom.
Seven4one has been an exciting project for TFR. Working with Soul Community Planet and fulfilling their vision of holistic hospitality has been a pleasure. TFR is more than enthusiastic about future projects.
Something “New” was added at the “Old” Mission Inn of Riverside! We were very honored to have been a part of its Planning, Design & Final Placement. The surprise unveiling was quite the Birthday Surprise to the Owner from his Wife. First things first. . . relocate a Historic Bell dated 1247 A.D. in a Glass & Wood Box.
We love working at the Mission Inn and the historical work it entails. This is the preservation and restoration of the historical wall at the Mission Inn. Each piece must be wrapped and labeled then stored for replacement after the structural integrity has been brought up to today’s standards.
We at TFR Builders believe that community involvement is of utmost importance. Especially when the involvement is with a local organization. That is why this year we have decided to donate all proceeds of our 5th annual tournament to The Shea Center for Therapeutic Riding.
TFR is finishing up the last-minute touches at Nature’s Healing Cannabis Extraction Facility in Palm Springs, California. TFR Builders is a full-service contractor that performs tenant improvements to an existing building which will include structural lighting, mechanical upgrades that will support the sophisticated butane and ethanol extraction equipment.
Over the past couple of weeks, TFR has been working on a fun project in Bandera Texas. The OTX Camp is a place to have fun in the sun on those hot summer days with your friends and family. There will be many activities, but the star of the show is the waterslide. Here is a picture of progress so far.
